The Consultation
Before we pick up any scissors, we sit down with you. We ask about your lifestyle, your hair history, and what you've tried that hasn't worked. We want to hear about your goals and your non-negotiables. Only once we understand all of that do we agree on a plan — because the difference between a good haircut and a great one is always in the conversation before it.
The Products
We use professional-grade colour and treatment products from Wella, Olaplex, and L'Oréal Professionnel — not because we have to, but because we've seen the results they deliver. Your colour lasts longer. Your hair feels softer. The condition is visibly better. We don't cut corners on what goes on your hair, and we never will.
The Training
Our team attends seasonal masterclasses and holds certifications across colour, extensions, and advanced treatments. When new techniques emerge from London, Paris, or New York — balayage, bonding, scalp health — we're among the first in Coventry to offer them. Continuous education isn't a perk here. It's a requirement.
